Nikolaos is a proud Hellenic-American chef and instructor born in Atlanta, GA. He grew up surrounded by Greek culture, traditions, costumes, and, most importantly, food. From an early age, he found that food & dance bring people together, whether family and friends or strangers. He dedicates his life to these two pillars. In September 2020 he transferred to the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and graduated with an associate in Culinary Arts in April 2022. After a year back in Atlanta, GA, he returned to New York. He has been directing with the Hellenic Roots Foundation since 2023.
